Payment is due at the time of booking.
We accept credit/debit cards and online payments through our booking system.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property (keys, codes, or entry instructions).
If our staff cannot access the property, the appointment will be considered canceled and may be subject to a fee.
Downright Spotless is not responsible for pre‑existing damage or the cleaning of fragile/valuable items unless agreed in advance.
Customers are encouraged to secure delicate or irreplaceable items before service.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazardous materials, aggressive pets).
